Warehouse and order management for growing brands and 3PLs

Your warehouse. Your rules. Every order connected.

SIP connects orders, inventory and the people doing the work. Set client-specific checks, give merchants visibility, and grow beyond spreadsheets.

Receiving

Inbound, checked at the door.

Raise a purchase order, receive against it by scan, and put stock away in one pass. Shorts and damages go on the receipt, not in someone’s head.

Inventory & locations

Every bin, every unit, live.

Zones, aisles, shelves and totes are yours to name. Cycle counts, transfers and lot tracking keep the count honest, and stock moves when the scan does.

PICK-0703 / 10
Picking & packing

Pick paths your team walks.

Single, batch or wave picking, barcode-confirmed on any phone. Pack from the pick list, or pick straight into the parcel.

ORD-QUEUE04 / 10
Orders

Orders in, from everywhere.

Bring orders into the warehouse queue, then follow allocation, picking, packing and shipping. Holds make the work that needs attention visible before it leaves.

Shipping & carriers

Rate, label, hand off.

Print labels for UPS, GLS and your regional carriers, book freight, log departures, and send tracking back to the store and on to the buyer.

Tickets

One queue for every issue.

SIP’s separate ticketing offering keeps carrier issues, internal tasks and operational requests with their history. Integration into SIP WMS is coming soon.

Returns

Returns with a reason.

Receive the return, grade it, then restock it or write it off. The order shows what came back and why.

MEZZ-0108 / 10
Reports & billing

The floor, in numbers.

Throughput, accuracy, ageing stock and exceptions, per site or per client. 3PLs bill from the same numbers: rate cards in, invoices out.

Integrations

Talks to your store and carriers.

Bring selected ShipStation store orders into SIP, fulfill them in the warehouse, and return shipping details. Confirm additional channel and carrier scope during implementation.

Customisation

Make client requirements part of the workflow.

Set warehouse-wide packing checks and client overrides. Add structured custom fields while keeping locked warehouse requirements in place.

HOW CUSTOMISATION WORKS

No two warehouses run the same way. SIP doesn’t either.

Choose your modules, shape your workflows and give each person the right view. Here are three ways to adapt SIP to your clients.

01

Client-specific packing checks

Change one client’s packing requirement while keeping the other warehouse defaults.

See packing policies
02

The fields your clients need

Add client-specific information while retaining locked warehouse requirements.

See custom fields
03

Rules for matching orders

Add a promotional item or hold an order for review when its conditions match.

One automation example

Add a client’s gift to qualifying orders.

Here is one way SIP adapts to a client’s requirements. Set the client, qualifying total and missing-gift condition once. SIP adds the gift to matching orders for fulfillment.

  1. Choose the client and conditions

Apply the offer to one client’s orders when they reach the qualifying total.

  2. Test before turning it on

Use Test mode to see what the rule would do without changing the order.

  3. Make the requirement part of the work

The gift becomes an order line for fulfillment, with the rule’s action recorded.

Your clients

Better service for your clients. Less chasing for your team.

Help warehouse clients get clear answers about their stock, orders and requests. Self-service visibility lets your team spend less time answering routine status questions and more time on warehouse work.

Available in SIP WMS

Client visibility

Merchants see their inventory and orders, including stock held or damaged. Choose whether a client can apply a hold directly or request warehouse approval. Clients can check the facts without waiting for your team to look them up.

Tickets and conversations

SIP’s separate ticketing offering handles carrier issues, internal tasks and operational requests. Keep the history and ownership together so clients and operators do not have to repeat the same details at every handoff.

Dock scheduling

SIP’s separate scheduling offering lets carriers book appointments against dock availability. Reduce back-and-forth over arrival times and give the receiving team a plan before the truck arrives.
