With a light straw yellow colour. The Vermouth initially has a very alcoholic taste in the mouth yet perfectly balanced with its acidity. Highly glyceric, it is velvety and smooth in the mouth with notes of wood, herbs and spices.

With a deep yellow colour. Highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit. Very tasty and balanced, in perfect harmony with its acidity. Oak barrels add consistency and character.

With a mahogany colour and orange highlights. Intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure that balances out the acidity very well. Long, intense and slightly bitter aftertaste.
